Skin N Body By Layla — Booking & Cancellation Policy Appointment Times All services begin and end at the time originally booked. Arriving late will result in a shortened service so that your appointment still concludes at its scheduled end time, ensuring the next client is not delayed. The full service price applies regardless of a shortened session due to late arrival. Cancellations & Rescheduling I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the reserved service price. No-Shows Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price. Booking & Payment A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. This card will be used to process any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. The card on file WILL NOT be charged untill after the end of the service and or applicable with the cancellation policy. Late Arrivals Waxing services: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation, subject to the 50% fee. Facial services: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation, subject to the 50% fee. 30-minute customized facial and/or waxing service: Given the shorter service window, whether the appointment is kept or rescheduled upon late arrival is at my discretion. Exceptions I understand emergencies happen. Genuine emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
